Bookings and inquiries
Submitting the booking inquiry form or emailing us is a request for information and availability, not a confirmed booking. A trip is only confirmed once Via Ludens and the traveller have agreed on the details in writing.
Itineraries
Route, timing and accommodation details described on this site are indicative. Final itineraries and inclusions are confirmed based on season, weather conditions, group requirements and availability, and may change on the day for safety reasons.
Physical demands and risk
Hiking, kayaking and canyon activities carry inherent risk, including but not limited to uneven terrain, water hazards, weather and altitude. Travellers are responsible for assessing their own fitness and experience against the suitability guidance given for each trip, and for disclosing any relevant medical conditions before booking.
Travel insurance
Travellers are responsible for arranging their own travel and activity insurance, including cover appropriate to hiking, kayaking and canyon activities.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms will be confirmed directly with you at the time of booking, since they may vary by trip, season and group size.
Liability
Via Ludens takes reasonable care in planning and guiding its trips, but does not accept liability for loss, injury or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, terrain conditions or the acts of third parties.
